RIG.750
This is a low cost Entry level folder, which will save the user hours of manual folding time and is simple and easy to operate. The Rig 750 is a compact unit, whereby the feed table has the ability to fold up when not is use, saving further space.
The Rig 750 produces a crisp even fanfolded drawing, and by re-entering the drawing into the folder, it will produce a final Cross folded drawing as well.
The folder has two fold widths 210mm & 190mm and has a folding speed of 6 A0’s per minute.

RIG.800
The Rig 800 folder is fitted with a similar roller system used on the larger series folders such as the Rig 801/804 series and will produce a more accurate and better fold quality.
In addition to the standard 210mm & 190mm fold types, the user has the ability to alter the fold widths for other type of documents or drawings. The folder is especially useful for Map folding or Oil logs, were smaller or larger folds are required.
The Rig 800 produces a crisp even fanfolded drawing, and by re-entering the drawing back into the folder, it will produce a final Cross Folded drawing. The folding speed is 7 A0’s per minute.

RIG.801
The Rig 801 folder is a high performance Off-line folder which is ideal for use in both the Design Office or a Copy Shop environment. The Rig 801 is used extensively in the Rail Industry to fold drawings over 4 meters long. The heavy duty roller system fitted to this folder, is designed to cope with the heaviest of workloads and still able to a produce consistent fold quality.
The folder can be fitted with a separate Cross Fold unit, to allow the drawings to be folded down to an A4 format.

RIG.801T
Offers a complete off-line folding solution, which offers a Fan and Crossfold facility in one step without having to re-introduce the drawing into the folder. The finished drawing will be presented in a A4 format, ready to post or file. This is a highly productive solution for the larger print room or Copyshop.
A separate motorized stacker can be added to this unit, which will hold upto 200 drawings.

The new generation of Inkjet printers are getting faster which has increased the output of Colour CAD drawings dramatically. This increased demand has meant an increase in the Cad operators time manually folding drawings. To solve this problem Rigoli have produced the Rig 804 On-Line folder to reduce the bottle neck and speed up the drawing production time. The Rig 804 is designed to work with both the HP and Canon series printers, these include the Hp T7100 and Hp 4020/4520 series along with the Canon IPF range. Two versions are available, Cross Fold only or Fan & Crossfold.

RIG.805
The Rig 805 is high volume output folder designed to work in conjunction with the leading manufacturers of Wide Format Digital printers, Kip, Canon and Ricoh. This folder is a must for the busy design office or Copy Shop. The Rig 805 speed is matched to the printer to ensure simple workflow between the folder and the printer. The folder produces high quality folded drawing output in either a fanfolded or finished A4 format. The folder is completely automatic and requires no operator intervention. It is also possible to use the Rig 805 as an off-line folder by introducing drawings manually from other printers.
